Debra is a North Carolina native having spent her childhood in the western part of the state and all of her adult life in the Triangle area. First earning her Real Estate license several years ago, she took time away from the profession to focus on family.

She has two daughters – the eldest in the medical profession at Duke Hospital; youngest is a full time student and employee at NCSU.

Debra takes great pride in being of service to her clients. Selling or purchasing a home is one of the biggest decision most people make. The lower price point transaction is just as important as the multi-million dollar property. She particularly enjoys working with first time home buyers and strives to educate and guide them through the process from the first showing to well after closing.

In her free time, she regularly volunteers at NC Therapeutic Riding Center. Debra enjoys horseback riding or hiking on the Eno trails with her rescue dog (Sophia), and of course spending time at the beach or mountains.
